Primal (low carb) Enchiladas. Last nights dinner… Amazing. Egg white crepes replaces the tortillas.. Stuff with seasoned ground turkey. Top with cheese and sauce. A little guacamole on the side… That’s eating!!

Low Carb Lunch with a Coworker! Chipolte…. Keeps my insulin in check, tastes great and is good for 2 meals. Can’t beat that :) PS- the sugar loaded dressing is not mine. I ask for extra pico and use that as dressing.
