Ever wonder what to eat when your stuck traveling all day? Pack snacks! Mini peppers, hard cheese, almonds and pistachios should get me through the 8 hours of travel I have coming up. PS the pistachios were buy one get one :)

Primal (low carb) Enchiladas. Last nights dinner… Amazing. Egg white crepes replaces the tortillas.. Stuff with seasoned ground turkey. Top with cheese and sauce. A little guacamole on the side… That’s eating!!

Breakfast Bizarre: Turkey sausage on a bed of arugula. It was tasty but a little lonely. Next time I think I’ll add tomatoes. Mmm
