Get Fit Fit: Reptiles w/ Push Up

Here’s this week’s Get Fit Fit.
Reptiles with push ups. This move is going to help develop upperbody and core strength so give it a whirl. 8-10 a day just pop down on the floor and do it.

Don’t forget your triggers! Mine is every time I get up from my  desk (at home)
