Eat Smart: Slow Roasted Salmon

Here’s a quick (2 minutes hand on) fish dish.

Ingredients:
1 Slab of Salmon
Salt
Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes
Olive Oil
Garham Masala
Nutmeg

Set the oven to 225.
Place the salmon on a pan that has been oiled.
Sprinkle the above seasoning on the salmon in the quantity that you like
Drizzle with olive oil

Place on the middle rack in the oven for 25-30 minutes

Enjoy on top of salad or with vegetables.
